Rumors for HTC Ville C specs!

HTC has recently released HTC Desire C officially so we won’t be hearing any more rumors about it. However, we are still hearing rumors about HTC Ville C which has not yet been officially released. This handset happens to be a toned down version of HTC One S. A few rumored specs of this handset have leaked over the internet which clearly reveals that this would be another high end smart phone from HTC.

According to the leaked specs, HTC Ville C would come with a giant Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 MSM8260 1.5 GHz dual core processor, 16 GB of internal storage capacity and 1 GB of RAM memory. The specs sheet mentions 1.7 GHz processor but that seems quite unlikely and is most probably a typo. Among other important hardware specifications, the handset would have an 8 mega pixel rare end camera which would also shoot video in 1080p HB format. As for the operating system, quite expectedly, it would come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich which would work in conjunction with HTC Sense 4.5 interface. So far, we have Sense 4.0 on HTC One that works pretty well, so we can expect even more improvement in Sense 4.5. The screen of the phone is rumored to be 4.3″ unit with HD resolution, although both “LCD” and “AMOLED” have been seen on the specs sheet, which make the situation a bit unclear. If we are having a cheaper version of One S, we can expect an LCD screen, but so far this aspect is quite unclear. Considering that other technical specs make it a high end device, we can expect AMOLED screen for it.

In the specs sheet, we don’t see any mention of Beats Audio, even though it is found on even the entry level Desire C. So it would be highly unlikely that Beats Audio would not be found on this phone since the sound-enhancing technology of HTC has been appreciated by the analysts and common users. So far, this is all information that has supposedly been leaked about HTC Ville C. There might be slight variation in the technical specs since these are mostly based on rumors and leaks and do not have any official confirmation from HTC. All we can do is waiting for a while till HTC gives out some official information regarding the technical specs, price and release date of this phone.
