HTC’s latest endeavor in the Tablet PC market, HTC Jetstream, seems to be finally ready to be released for wider audience. This device would showcase some key differences from its predecessors and the technical specifications, although not released in entirety, seem to be quite impressive. The technical specifications of this device are not much different from other tablet computers in the market but there might be something special about it since we are not aware of the complete details as yet. Let’s take a look at the specifications that we know so far. This device would be running on a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor and would be using Android Honeycomb as operating system. The exact version of the operating system is Honeycomb 3.1. The device would contain internal storage capacity of 16 GB however 32 GB and 64GB versions might be released afterwards. Besides, the device would contain a 1 GB of RAM memory. An 8 MP rare end camera would be integrated in this tablet PC with the essential features of auto focus and video capturing. The display of HTC Jetstream is pretty impressive and would be a 10.1 inch WXGA touchpanel.

From the technical specifications that have been released so far, we don’t see a major difference between HTC Jetstream and other tablet computers. However, rumors are that this device would be showcasing some cutting-edge and high end hardware but to know about those complete details, users would have to wait for a while. Since HTC has not given any official statement on this device, its exact release date and price is still not know.  For the time being, the device would be released for theUSmarket only and it will cost $699.99 with a new two-year contract.
